Epsxe Full Screen

I'm using ePSXe 1.7 and Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9 to run my Final Fantasy IX.
Been dying to re-play this game since years ago because my old television was crap and it's display was all greenish, thus spoiling my entire experience with the game. Right now I'm trying to get the best of the graphics I can with Final Fantasy IX, but I'd love to be able to play it in full screen.
The problem is that I can enter full screen, no problem. But when I alt tab out and go back in, my screen sort of becomes cut and it only shows 1/4 of the game. I have to then alt + enter again to bring it to windows mode, and alt + enter again to bring it back up to full screen mode.
Here's what I mean

Jan 03, 2014 Then, the music begins, with a blank screen. However, by moving the mouse, I was able to discover that I'm actually running four screens and my game is in the bottom left corner, only in the wrong resolution. Trying to hit ESC (in either PCSX-R 1.93 or ePSXe 1.6 or 1.9) and shut down the program causes X to crash. I see the File Quicksave and Debug menu even when in Full-screen mode in the PSX emulator (psxfin.exe v1.13). Since the forum is closed I thought I'd post the issue here. Platform is Win10 64-bit. Interestingly it's not occurring on another Win10 machine of mine and the setup was copied identically.
